The group primarily operates within the employment screening and workplace safety industries serving thousands of customers in a vast array of industries such as the Department of Transportation, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, construction, retail, aerospace and defense, healthcare, waste and utility, and consumer services.

Prior to Tyler’s time at The Noble Group, he held a senior leadership role within the oil and gas industry, serving as an Operations Manager for Fortune 1000 company Ferrellgas Partners, L.P., where he managed regional operations throughout Southeast Wisconsin and Northeast Chicago. He also worked within the Transportation and Logistics industry as the Director of Safety and Compliance and the Director of Training for Daily Direct, LLC, a specialized trucking company in Milwaukee, WI.

Before Tyler’s time in the private sector, he worked in law enforcement for seven years as a police officer for the City of Irving, TX as well as the City of Waukesha, WI. Tyler proudly served our nation for six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, holding a supervisory position as an NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) assigned to an infantry company in Milwaukee, WI for three years and later a field artillery company for three years in Grand Prairie, TX. Tyler was honorably discharged from military service in November of 2011.

Tyler holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University Wisconsin in Management of Criminal Justice (Summa Cum Laude), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Waukesha County Technical College in Criminal Justice/Police Science. In January of 2023, Tyler continued his pursuit of lifelong learning and is currently attending the University of Dayton, where he is studying towards a Doctor of Education in Leadership for Organizations. For his dissertation, he is researching the relationship between leadership and employee engagement. Tyler aspires to teach university level courses in business administration and leadership as an adjunct professor upon completion of his doctoral degree.

At The Noble Group, Tyler oversees the complete operations of the business group and serves as the companies’ primary administrative officer. He continually challenges employees to seek improvement in their processes, which empowers them to have an active role in Noble’s success. Beyond that, he provides strategic and visionary leadership, constantly seeking ways to improve The Noble Group’s product and service offerings to its customers. He is the State of Wisconsin Affiliate for the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA) and has served on the Leadership Board for the Wisconsin Veteran’s Chamber of Commerce (WVCC), where Noble Six, Inc., a member business of The Noble Group, has been an active member of the WVCC and a corporate sponsor since 2020.
